General provisions

Welcome to our online shop gerdafeltings.com. These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) apply to all our customers who wish to buy handmade felted hats from our range. The shop owner is Gerda Bakėjytė-Šajevičienė. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase, as they govern our and your rights and obligations.

Products

The products we offer are handmade felted hats, each of them unique. Because of the handmade nature, colours and shapes may differ slightly from those shown in the photos. Each hat is made with love and care, to ensure high quality and distinctiveness.

Prices and payment

All prices in our online shop are in euros and include VAT.

Payment is made by bank card through the secure Stripe payment system when the order is placed. Once the payment is made, your order will be started.

Delivery

We deliver via LP Express or Omniva parcel lockers. The delivery price is 4 EUR. We currently deliver only within Lithuania. Goods are delivered within 3-7 working days. The parcel locker is agreed by email, to make sure the parcel is easy to collect.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. The buyer covers the return costs. To start a return, contact us by email: info@gerdafeltings.com.

Complaints

Our goal is the highest customer satisfaction. If you have any complaints or questions, contact us in a friendly manner at info@gerdafeltings.com and we will try to resolve all your concerns. If we cannot reach a mutual agreement, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).

Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
